We need a professional looking new design for our website [url removed, login to view] . Our website is based on Probid V6.07.
If you don't have good experience on Probid script please do not quote. (We already have had lots of mods written and applied in our website, so we want to make sure they won't be ruined up.)
All jobs I am expecting to be done are listed below but kindly write your personal suggestions on what I need more, and give some examples of the works you have done before.
1-) Design:
• We want a really professional looking design.
• A new Logo for BidLoadz (Modifying the existing one can be an option also).
• Header and footer change( throughout site)
• Homepage redesign
• Auctions detail page redesign
• Css change according to the color theme preference throughout site.
• Facebook Like, Tweet and Google +1 buttons addition (throughout site )
2-) We need an upload bar, which will be filled while uploading, showing the % ( Percentage of the actual upload ), showing the file size and the speed of the upload. We need this to be applied sitewide . ( As we have seen , we need it while uploading a digital file at create new listing, second we need it at the edit listing page, when we chance the upload, third we need it while importing an item from ebay importer. (this ebay importer was created by another freelancer team before )
3-) We need a “ Send download link “ button to be added. Which the sellers , after logging in, will be able to send download links to any email they will write. ( This we need mostly for the expired links to send the buyer a new link, or for buyers which wants their product to another email also, when they cannot find the automatic download link they received to their email )
4-) The bulk uploader in the default Probid script is not working at the moment. We want a new bulk uploader designed for BidLoadz system. In Bidloadz website, it is a must to upload a digital item to be able to make the listing live. As far as we are informed, in Probid latest release [url removed, login to view] there is a new properly working web based bulk uploader and we have this update files which we can provide you. We want to learn what other updates coming with the new reliese [url removed, login to view] file we will provide, and we want you to manually install this update to our website while making sure it does not make any of our existing additional mods stop working which we have installed. Maybe the uploader will need to check the digital file is already uploaded to the server or not before making the listing live. So Briefly it will work like this = We will upload our files and photos before ( maybe via ftp ) . Than in the bulk importer we will have places where we will enter the digital file name and photo file name for each item we will list. When we are done, the importer will check and make sure all the data such as, title, description, category , ……. And also will check the server if the mentioned file names does really exist ( uploaded before ).
5-) We are open to any SEO advises you will give. Kindly give your advices and the quotes for them.
6-) We are planning to buy 4-5 ready mods we liked on some probid mod selling websites. Please quote us your price for each mod we will ask you to install to our website. ( We want them to be manually installed while making sure it works and doesn't make other mods stop working ) . ( Example = 5$ per mod installation )
7-) Our website a free to use website to sell digital goods, files, downloads. Because no one ships nothing, we don't need most of the information's asked while registering. We already found shorter registration page mods people selling but we need a shorter, better faster page to register at BidLoadz.
Our main concern will be that, you have to work very carefully to make sure while adding the new mods , or chancing the design, you won't make any existing mods ( some of them listed below), new features we added before won't stop working. Such as our,
*-) Ebay item importer
*-)Making upload digital file option a must to make the listing live
*-)Sending download links as emails to buyers from BidLoadz
*-)Sending download links as emails to buyers from Ebay ( We have a special system designed for our website which sends the download links of the product, which are sold on Ebay ( The ebay item and the Bidloadz item name has to be exactly the same and the seller has to make the IPN settings to bidloadz, from Paypal ) )
*-)Wordpress plugin , which sends all new listings to my other wordpress websites as a post, automaticly.
*-) Putting our adsense advertisements automatically under every listing created.
And lots of other additions already had done to our website. So trust me you have to be a real expert on ProBid script to not ruin existing, properly working mods we have. Don't quote if you don't have enough experience on this script.
After quoting, kindly send a very detailed message, giving details on the works you will do with the reference examples (webpage addresses of some of your similar works) of the similar works you have done before, and more important is that you have to give me separate prices for each of the 6 items I listed above.
Even I was very happy with the company I used to work before, the only reason I am looking for a new team is the high prices they started giving. So kindly give me your best offers with detailed explanations of the each phrase.
