Custom C# ToolStrip Drop Down Menu

I need a custom C# ToolStripDropDownMenu. The attached document shows a picture of what the menu should look like.

Upon award, I can provide background graphics for the top of the menu, the central portion, and the bottom of the menu. I will also provide the Green Arrow for nested drop downs. As designed, the background is transparent and the corners of the drop down menu are rounded. Please make sure that the drop down does not include any background panel to block the transparency or to extend past the rounded corners.

Even though the background images will be provided, I would like the control to accept parameters to make it easy to change:

* the 3 background images

* the arrow image

* the font size of the menu item

* the graphic size of the menu item

* the color and width of the highlight bar

* and the spacing between menu items
