PSD to WooCommerce WordPress child theme

I've designed a PSD file containing a number of pages based on both Bootstrap and WhooThemes’ theme 'MyStile'. So, basically, I'd like to get the theme modified into my bespoke design to make it work seamlessly in WordPress, but it also should be able to update newer versions. So perhaps it should actually be a child theme using WooFramework? The website is mainly a shop for fonts and other goods (as these are two different sort of products, they both have a different design of showcasing items in the store), a design portfolio and features mainly a blog, about and contact page in the main menu. Each of these main items have their own sub menu (placed underneath the black fixed header). In addition there’re some other pages, like for terms & conditions. The PSD file is based on a bootstrap template 970 px width. However, I'd like to see some items wider if the screen allows it (e.g. images, header, footer). Pictures most likely towards a width percentage of the screen with a maximum in px. Besides, there should be two features added: - a tool to test fonts (see attachment for a similar example). - a feature which select a different css depending on if there's daylight or it's after dark. It should look up sunrise/sunset (based on location, day in the year and the like), then use either css file A or B to display the website. Therefore some images will be in png format in order to retain shadowing when switching between the two css files. Although it works automatically, there’s a manual switch in the footer. Different at the second css file: - colours for text - colours for call-to-action button - text’ tracking of headlines Also: - The details are really important (top priority! so project completion and quality of work are critical).
