Wordpress Site Fix and Redesign

Overview: The site currently runs on thesis for word press and the colors and layout are already set up. The site functions but runs real slow. The site needs to be redone to look more polished and have a better layout. I can provide the clients URL upon request. The colors that are on the site will stay the same. Please do not just give me a blanket price without reading the requirements I need a link to sites you have done. This project is to fix and enhance the existing site so that it functions proper. All development has to be created and done in a QA environment and then moved to the production box once we agree that it is complete. Requirements: 1. Needs to be in wordpress 2. Links and menu need to be fixed does not work on a Mac or PC 3. Need current theme removed and a new one created using the current layout that is in place today. 4. Site needs to be rebuilt with everything on the client server nothing can call any other site for images etc. 5. Load time needs to quick it loads slow right now. 6. Site must look perfect on a PC, MAC 7. Do not want Responsive web design DO NOT WANT it seems to always be an issue 8. Need the site to look uniform and the same on all types of PC right now it does not 9. Elements do not load they must load the same on every page 10. Bulk of the site is created it just needs to be cleaned up and all put on the clients server correctly the last developer failed to do this. 11. Page boarders need to look clean and polished 12. Font needs to be viewable and the same through out the site
