New amazing UI (music distribution) needed

We have an existing website (music distribution platform for independent artists: please visit www. Vibetrigger .com) for which we would like to improve the User Interface (UI). We are seeking an experienced web designer who is capable of thinking out of the box and creating a new amazing UI ## Deliverables **Requirements:** Virtually none! Just be creative and amaze our eyes. However the new UI has to catch artists’ attention as well as fans’ **Our expectations** - keep the existing logo - Default home page width 1024 - No table html tag. Only div -adjust the menu as necessary to fit new design requirements - think ahead of RSS and other tools - think about our existing player - create a new CSS for forms - provide new set of icons to be used in the platform - web page load has to be extremely fast - Only one CSS to be provided and to be compatible with all browsers - No Javascript code in pages except one JS library file to include - The experienced web designer has to review all pages and suggest a new design for each page reviewed (Sample XHTML code along with the CSS) - think ahead of ads/sponsors - Write new JavaScript script as necessary (using Jquery and Jquery UI as needed) to present and animate our products - Build a new CSS that meets XHTML standards compatible with -IE 6 and above -Firefox 2.x and above -Safari -Opera -Chrome The main areas where we expect major changes: - Home page - Album lists (with pagination within DIVs) - Single list (with pagination) - Artist page - Member page - And a jukebox (paylist/ webradio) presentation to be designed from scratch To work with you, we need the followings: - your best design achievements to date - a sample design (screenshot/url) that you may have in mind for this music website **Milestone:** - 1 week after acceptation to complete prototype - 1 week provide all source files **Payment conditions** - 20% of the total amount agreed the prototype is completed - 70% when all remaining items are provided (source files/ PSD) - 10% after 3 weeks of support period (after implementation) to address any issues that may arise **Status report / Update** - A status report has to be sent every day by 8:00 PM to my email address - A status report has to be uploaded every week on RAC to let RAC and me know about the progress. - The status report has to mention what is completed, what is not competed as well as the date each item will be completed - A demo URL (on your server) has to be available at all time for this design so I can review progress **Deadlines:** - Deadline for a phase is set in a number of days after discussing with you on requirements - For each week where the deadline is missed, acceptable delay is one day or two days - Beyond 2 days delay, from the agreed amount for the current phase, 5% will be deducted from that amount. If you are selected and we are fully satisfied with your work, the payment for the amount agreed will performed thru RAC and a bonus of 50 USD will be granted via Paypal.
