Primarily, it will require first to create album layout in InDesign and then integrate it with the contents available (through VB engine).

See distinction between formatting and layout. Formatting is for example, the text font or table column width. Layout is the positioning of elements in relation to each other.

Formatting and layout are specified as a number of rules defined, stored in xml / database through Vb program

Formatting - A formatting rule consists of one or more formatting attribute values, pre-defined and named by super-users. The list of available formatting attributes includes fonts (name, size, leading, white space, letter spacing), foreground colours, background colours, border widths, border colours, indentation, justification, hyphenation, table column alignment characters, table column width (proportional/fixed), etc. Besides the formatting attribute values a formatting rule must also specify the album hierarchy nodes and element types for which the rule is valid. For example, a specific rule is defined for all table elements in section 1 of the catalog. This principle of inheritance makes it easy to change the formatting of an entire section or even the entire album. Flexibility means that formatting rules applied to a specific node in the album hierarchy can be overridden in lower levels of that sub-hierarchy. This means the user can also format specific elements. The granularity for applying formatting rules is at the level of 'element subtypes', which means, for example, rules can be applied to specific table rows, columns and cell subtypes. If a table cell holds a value part and a unit part of a product reference, both parts can be formatted individually.

Content Integration through VB

Typically, programmers / designers may correlate it to MS Word style / layout structure, which can be accessed through macro for data migration.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
