You must be located within the US - You must be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge of the Joomla content management system. We are looking for companies who have at least 5 Joomla powered sites to their resume * A mobile version is also planned. please feel free to include in your proposal. ## Deliverables Project Details: - Install and integrate the Joomla content management system. This will be a Joomla powered site. The modules we will need include but are not limited to: content management, email/mailing list management, IDX user management, message forum, links and any other modules which may be required to have this site perform to our expectations. - Design 5 logo variations for our review based on our current logo design - Design a search engine friendly menu that is able to be spidered by all search engines and works perfectly across multiple browsers - Design a page template set for all of our content pages - Design all web forms for contact, advertise, etc. - Site map - Meta Tags for all page templates that meet all of Google’s guidelines - Complete graphics set for the site - SEO all templates and images Ability to add new modules.. ## Platform linux and windows xp all major browsers ie, mozilla, opera, etc.
