Rebrand Site

Hi, I am looking for a designer to redesign this site. We want to specifically improve the search part of the site and also the search results page and property description page. We want to use ajax for searching. We really like the search part of [login to view URL] and would like to have something similar where user can narrow down the search criteria from selecting options on right. I also want you to rebrand the site. We are happy with the logo but rest you can redesign at your will. We do need place holders for advertisement and banners as currently on the site but you can change their sizes to fit the page.
