Wordpress Theme Development

We are currently developing a new website and want a wordpress blog to go with it. We are not asking you to duplicate the style and theme of the new site, instead we are wanting you to create something unique. It is a console gaming league/ladder/tournament site and want it styled accordingly. I MAY give you a screenshot of our new site, but we do not want it to go public. Our top games are, Call of Duty 2, Gears of War, and Halo 2. We want you to keep the following styles in mind when you design ours. The Vortex and Shocktrooper themes from [login to view URL] are other nice examples. The theme needs to have a sidebar, I do not care which side. The theme must be FULLY compatible with the Widget plugin found at this site. [login to view URL] Aside from the sidebar, a simple top navigation is also requested. Everything must fall into a CSS class for easy editing. We will require ALL source files used, eg. psd fireworks files, all stock images, everything. Along with the working wordpress theme. A test wordpess board will be provided if requested with FTP access. Overall the theme should be clean. Previous work links would be considered more than w/o. ## Deliverables Files: ALL SOURCE FILES. PSDs, FLAs, Fireworks, anything used. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux, Wordpress
