Add to calendar" button using [login to view URL] code

I need a freelancer to help me with PHP. My budget is around $10 USD and I need this to be done within 2 days.

I need a "Add to calendar" button for my website. There should be 2 types of functions:

Generate a link for Google Calendar, Outlook online.

Generate a .ics file for iCalendar and Outlook

ICS file have to contain a VALERT segment (to alert user 30 minutes before the actual calendar time)
