Build a Website for me

i need something that will drag the usernames of ebay accounts that have a high selling item, store these usernames in google spreadsheet database, then take these usernames, input them into a website with correct search filters. Once the ebay user has been input into site the site will scrape the listings, the bot will then need to use the web feature to "fetch watch/sold count" from all rows, and then select the ones with familiar titles as said above then use the feature to export them in a csv file,.
