I need an Joomla component/ module/ plugin developed. The functionality description is as follows Very often Joomla sites become slow because of too many concurrent users. I want a component that will allow me to limit concurrent users. Hence, I need a component that allows admin to 1. Fix the number of concurrent logged in users; 2. Fix the number of public users on the site; 3. A module that appears when the number of concurrent users has reached and displays a message for example "Our site is experiencing heavy usage. Please come back in xx minutes". 4. Admin should be able to set the message as well as module styling. Please revert back with cost and time required along with sample of components developed. If your components are on JED, send me the links to review. This component/ module/ plug-in is for use on a personal website and non-commercial in nature. Regards Royko
