I run a web hosting business and have experience cleaning malware off Wordpress, along with other site types. I bid on a 3 Wordpress site cleanup, but if there are more WP sites infected, I charge $25 each additional site. Custom coded PHP sites and other CMS cystems are priced differently. Part of my task is to update Wordpress and all plugins. If your Wordpress installs are very old, there's a chance a plugin will misbehave or that a design issue will pop up due to the updates. This will need to be addressed by a designer/developer and falls outside the scope of this bid. I advise that you delete any unused plugins, once the sites are clean and secure.

Hello, That's what I do on daily basis: I clean and secure compromised websites/hosting account, especially (but not only) Wordpress and Joomla. I'll clean, upgrade and secure WP, not a problem :) The price may vary and depends on how many sites your client have.
