Write PHP code to replace some plug ins on my site

If you are not an expert with PHP.. . you will not be hired for this job. I need someone who can analyze what a plug in is doing on my site and replace that with PHP code. My site is heavy in plug ins and I want to start removing some of them after the PHP code is written to replace them. I will be hiring for this project by the end of this week. The project will be done in stages... coding for and removing one plug in at a time. Just because you see a range of $20 to $250, do not think you are going to get the high end of the bid range for each phase of this job. Thank you
