Airfare Notification Tool

Hello, I am studying to develop a Airfare and hotel notification tool. The user should be able to select dates and their budget and the tool should look for airfare and hotel prices inside that budget, if founds, the app will notificate (via email, SMS, whatsapp or facebook). Example: I have a budget of $500,00 to travel to New York from Miami, I will use the tool, select dates that I could travel (weekends, holidays, or specific dates), and then the tool will notify me when finds a deal inside my budget. This should be an Android, iPhone and website app and should send notifications via facebook messanger, whatsapp, SMS and email. We will have a free version of the tool and a paid version (monthly, per trip paid and more). We will define what functions will work on each of them. With the tool, I need a really complete admin panel, where I can see site statitics, change paid services. So, please, in order to get approval, you need to tell me at least those information: - Is this possible to make? If yes, how does it will work? - It will demand what paid services? Type of servers and etc... - How long will take? - How will be the maintanance after tool is done, how much will cost? ****IMPORTANT**** I will create the milestone, but payment will only be done after the tool are fully complete.
