Android App and Website design and Development with Payment Gateway Integration -- Companies from INDIA will be preferred

Hi All, I need to develop a website and app like Talkcharge.com. We need people who can work for us for a longer period of time. No Upfront payment before the website launch. We need support for atleast one year for any bug without any charge. We are also welcome new freelancer who have good skills and ready to work after their regular office hours. People already working in the recharge business are also most welcome. We are new in the business hence we require cheapest services at this point of time.
