OS and Android Application and associated webservices

Application available on OS and Android that will: 1) allow the user to search POI around a location ( entered by user, based on the center of the screen in case the user scroll the map , or current location ) 2) extract POI from cloud ( prefer Amazon Cloud ) and display then to the user for the area defined by the zoom of the map. In case the zoom is too wide the number of POI will be limited and the the POIs will be displayed based on their ranking 3) allow the user to select a POI 4) once a POI is selected, display additional information for the POI ( name, & dynamic details) 5) allow the user to request direction to the POI 6) the application shall provide driving directions to the POI ( google map or waze can be used) 7) POI can have different icons. Create associated webservices: 1) store all POI and associated details into cloud 2) regularly upload (CSV) POI dynamic details 3) allow ranking for the POI 4) web service shall return all POI for an address and range sent by the app. If the number of POI is too large ( user defined) return POI based on their ranking.
