App made in cordova

First Screen shows Medical Specialty, getting data from mysql database. Second Screen shows Doctors from that specialty (again, from mysql database) Third Screen shows the days and hours that doctor is free (I will design a backend so doctors can create his calendar). Fourth Screen payment using "Mercado Pago" a brazillian switch. App need to get only Doctors from the city that user is on. (app need to ask for location permissions). App need to send notifications to user User can cancel his appointment if he do this up to 24 hours before. After that it will coust 25%. I already have the database created, so just need to create the app interface and logic. I already have the layout, so you just need to think about code. The project must be done for both IOS and Android devices.
