Application processing system

We need an application processing system to be design and integrated in a running wordpress site, the integration will be minimal and the application system itself is straight forward . Has to apply as : 1. student 2. Job seeker (teachers) 3. Job seeker (Staff) 4. Contractor companies first the user will choose , then the form will appear based on their choice, small differences between each type, general info like name , email phone and the qualifications they have .. etc will be mentioned (around 8 fields only), then the user will post their application . Admin panel : will then find and receive the application, so they can review it, and mark it either as accepted , rejected or on further review . That is the main idea, please consider Ajax as a way of posting and interacting with the end user, and every kind of validation and error checking and reporting to the end user has to be introduced as well with captcha for the form to deny bots posting .. etc Please apply if you are confident with design + backend work only .
