I need a basic web layout for my site keyoflife.thomazb.com.
I specific look for a layout with top, header, navigation, main content and footer.
Vertical responsive menu (CSS) like [login to view URL]
I make all my pages in Dreamweaver in html, and would like to add them, to prevent working in codes (i manage html and CSS my self)
I think of a html index page which load the Top, Header, Navigation and Footer, so i can copy and use the index file to make all the pages needed for my site.
I prefer to work in design mode in DW.
If the price is reasonable, i also look for a programmer who later can build search function and blog/article section (like joomla etc.)
I can design everything myself, so the programmer can see exactly what i want :)

Hello, I have checked your project requirements. As I see you are using dreamweaver and it generates some html code by himself but its better do use some web css framework like bootstrap or foundation that will allow your code to be more clear and easy to maintain.
