Bespoke PHP Website Development (Artwork/Designs Provided)

We require an exceptional PHP developer to build us a bespoke website based on our designs, there should be an administration area for us to log in to and the site should be fully responsive for all mobile devices. The functionality of the website is bespoke, therefore we need a fantastic developer who can work with our designers to create the exact functionality that we require. In essence, this website will be to allow customers nationwide to find a home appliance repair service, they will be asked a series of questions and depending on how they answer, they will be shown a list of available products to purchase. The customer can then either pay the full amount for the product, or just a deposit and use a finance option. In the back end of the website, we need to be able to edit the questions asked and the form logic, aswell as add the products available, and after the customer has chosen a product they will then be shown a list of installation engineers available to install the product, for each engineer they will have their own profile, star rating (based on previous reviews of their jobs) and short video. In the backend then, we will require an area where we can add installers and edit their profile, upload their video, and so forth. For each installer we also need to add postcode areas that they cover, so that when the customer is shown a list of installers, they are only shown those that are local to them and available to do the work. This project is going to give on-going monthly work once live and running, therefore the successful applicant is guaranteed on-going work to add new functionality and features as we expand the website. It's important to note the following. Due to being let down repeatedly by developers who either provide sub standard work, disappear half way through a project or simply let us down in some way, shape or form, we will be paying in FULL on completion of the work. We have completed over 50 projects on this website and are reliable trustworthy customers as can be seen from our reviews, but we are tired of being let down with projects therefore please do not bid if you are not happy with this arrangement as we feel this is the only way to ensure everyone is happy.
