Build Automotive Shop Software

I am interested in software for my automotive shop that will allow us to track customers, vehicles, inventory and sales. My ideal software will operate on pc's and tablets while interacting live on the cloud; I want all information to be saved to the cloud instantaneously. This software must be able to decode VIN numbers and License Plate numbers so if we enter either it will tell us what the vehicle is. The main screen will be a scheduling screen that will be the main screen for all devices and will show what vehicles are scheduled and what we are doing to them (shown by an icon representing the job). I also want someone who can take care of updates for us as we need them. So the way the images work that I attached (for visual idea only) first you would start with the "job scheduler" which would be the main screen if you started the [login to view URL] lists the Technicians names and times where we would schedule a job and to who. Once we want to create a job we would then go into the "work order" where we would enter customers name and choose vehicle. This is where we determine all the symptoms the customer is having with their vehicle. Once we have entered all the information we would the submit it and it would creat a job in the not assigned category. then it would go to the "initial inspection", this is where the technician assigned wpuld log in to the job and make notes on what needs to be fixed, it would also track the technicians time. Once the technician has placed his notes on what needs to be fixed he will submit it which would alert the service writers and then it would go to the "create estimate". This is where we would build the estimate and input the parts needed for the job with labor so we can present it as an estimate for the customer. Once we submit the estimate it would then go to the "customer approval" where the customer would automatically be sent a link to access the "customer approval" screen where they can approve the jobs they want us to complete. Once they submit the customer approval it will the list all the jobs the customer selected for the technician to fix and can be checked off by job when complete. Obviously this is a very vague description of what I need the program to do as there are a lot of details missing in the mechanics of the program but would like to discuss these details one on one so that there is a clear understanding of what our expectations are in not only the mechanics of the software but other features as well. This software will track all information, be able to search all fields and track sales and inventory. Again, it is very important that we find someone who would be able to do updates to the software as needed and save all information to the cloud.
