Build A Better Website

Hi All, I am looking for someone who is an expert on web design, WordPress, and UX/UI. I already created a basic website that is in its infancy stages, but it is not completed because I need help with it. I want a social network website that has specifics as to what I want it to do. It will be a simple website, and although it will be simple, I want it to stand out, so if you are not great with Web Design, Wordpress, and UX/UI, please do not apply. I can build a basic website myself and it does not take that long to build it, Wordpress makes it very easy to build one. I know there are many people who can build basic websites like I can, but I am not looking for that freelancer. I have many specifics for the website, but some of if requires coding, web design, and I want the user interface to be a great experience for the customer. It is not hard to install a theme, I have searched several themes, even bought a few, however I cannot get it to do what I want. The one thing I see a lot is that many freelancers say that they have done similar work like this, but when you see their work it has NOTHING to do with what I am saying, so if this is you, please don't apply, I don't feel like that is honest. Don't apply if.... -You do not have Wordpress, Web Design, and UI or UX expert experience -You say that you have done this work before and the work you have done is not even related to a social network website -You cannot communicate with me with the project and cannot show your work -You can build very basic websites (I can build a basic website, you can youtube how to build a basic website with other CMS as well) -You are not honest -You are not willing to adhere to agreements prior to getting hire -You DO NOT HAVE A SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE THAT YOU HAVE CREATED ALREADY -If you don't like to be asked a lot of questions about the work -You just want to make a few dollars and not interested in creating a great relationship This is just to name a few With me you would gain a great customer, so I ask for you to be honest and fair; one freelancer will have the price very high another very low, but both of them are equally great. Some have a team of people they work with other claim they have a team, be honest. I will respect you more! I want to see your work, please only apply if you have a SOCIAL NETWORKING WEBSITE THAT YOU HAVE ALREADY CREATED WITH A GREAT UI!!! I don't want to waste your time.
