Build a custom blog page with 3 types of Post types - WordPress Website

We need help creating a custom blog page and display 3 different Post Types: Videos, Photos and Links to external pages. - If we upload a post with image, we need to be able to select a Post Type and output a specific Icon on the front-end along with the excerpt and the image. - If we upload a post with video, we need to be able to select a Post Type and output a specific Icon on the front-end along with the excerpt and the video player. - If we upload a post with Link to web page, we need to be able to select a Post Type and output a specific Icon on the front-end along with the excerpt, the image and the link (image and read more button) should go to an external page/website. The design should be exactly as the mock-up provided to the right developer. We will need to tweak the PHP templates, add html and work with CSS to achieve the result.
