Need firm that can provide the images, functionality and design at a fixed cost. I am currently running a contest to identify a new logo for ICG and I am open to suggestions on the color of the new website.

You should upgrade the site using wordpress , as wordpess is the most SEO friendly CMS and easy to manage , as for now your current site is way to unprofessional
