Build me a social streaming site

General information for the website: We provide social media live streaming, news feed website. Kind of development: New website from scratch Description of every page/module: For every pages of the website will be expand and changes depending on functionality with plus and minus. Social page: Clean simple social timeline that support GIF, PNG, JPEG with a mix of live streaming (Skout app) and Spotify live (live video streaming and also audio only broadcasting). Adding secure payment methods that supports visa/debit, paypal and etc News page: Simple news feed like Feedly and Flipboard. Settings page - based upon few key elements profile visibility, privacy, and etc. Error page: A cat running around the alphabet B404 short animation For technology use to build the site will be discussed with successful candidates. main key things to highlight is that: Speed - All pages needs to load it's information in a very fast timing. Multi-screen friendly - The site needs to be able to responsive to all screen size. Connection stability - The quality of streaming will be determined by the data connection speed. Security - separate identification and authentication to access the site. (More to be discussed with successful candidate). More to be in detailed when successful candidates or potential candidate may ask to verify. CMS and Admin requirements: I haven't decide which type of platform to use as the site will expand its user database in large scale in the future. Need an admin page that allows add and minus team members to access sensitive information, filtering of keyword search system and functions to block, permanent ban of users account, and recording of data. Extra notes: I have a rough design but there is a need to redo, add and minus the user interface and functionality. Plus, i hope that we could be professional in this and for that it is better to agree upon the trust and secrecy.
