Breakdown of Tech Plan Module 1 Database set up, core back-end, homepage, user registration for website. Module 2 Implement map, ability to request a vendor on the website, job gets assigned to a vendor, track their location Module 3 Implement vendor dashboard to see sales and other metrics Module 4 User dashboard to track order history in website. Module 5 Begin Mobile app, get the login/registration system, polish up user interface for website. Module 6 Connect the mobile users to their dashboard to see order history, test it the website and deploy Module 7 Allow mobile users to request an order, and to track it on the map. Also assign a job/delivery to a vendor. Module 8 Implement the vendors side of the mobile app, to see orders for the day. Module 9 Beautify the mobile app, thoroughly test. Module 10 Quality Assurance for mobile app, deploy it. Other Functionalities: -website that shows company info.. , about gallery etc. -members are able to sign up -members information are saved to a CRM -members are able to select the different type of memberships available -members have their own portal( add or change cc info/ view info about their membership/ change personal info) -a owners/Managment portal to assist members with their memberships -a chat option so customer can communicate with us online if needed. -provider portal.. -can track how many Jobs they have completed and can view each job information -jobs are tracked by PO#s -providers can submit invoices online
