Can you repair my site and add some things

and can you make the website link clickable on my website on the page underneath the image on the left side where it says website: [login to view URL] Can you make that every posting goes into a facebook page listing basically everytime someone shares something on my site I want it to go to a facebook page and each city to have their own facebook page. So if you live in New york and post something then it should go onto the new york facebook page.. But if someone lives in Dallas then it should go onto the Dallas facebook page okay can you make notification set up to where facebook users receive a message in their facebook account when someone comments on a post of theirs.. Also can you make that the comment section gets a notification to the users letting him know which item has a comment. Can you fix the inbox message feature its broken Can you create a search bar where people can search for there ads [login to view URL] can you create a search button to search through ads....
