Chat script with video -- 4

What I need is a chat script where it is possible to create rooms and private rooms and With video. And an admin part that can control the site, delete and add rooms and users. The chat text will be stored in a database for xx days and then automatically deleted by pref. set in the admin section. The script must also automatically delete users if they have not been logged in for xxx days. And a verifaction mail sendt so that it confirm the users adress.
