I am looking to complete a local business directory and review site. 90% of front end is completed, I just need a few modules added and the Admin area. I have the design already created just need the programming which will be PHP/MySQL, Ajax and so on. I have been scammed so much here on freelancer and have lost over $1000 on this plus all the time invested. So, here are the payment arrangements of this project: Full payment once project is fully completed and tested completely. (If you CANNOT agree to that then no need to bid) Payment will be made once site is 100% complete and tested, once it is fully completed and tested I will create a milestone for the full amount and release it to you and you add the site to my site and make live. A bonus will be given for fast work and quality. (I always give bonuses look at my reviews an ratings) I have 35 perfect reviews, I always pay on time and give bonuses. I selected the price range as I do not want under bidders or way out there bidders, so bid the exact cost to complete this project. Please note, I will not accept outrageous bids. Now, if you do great work and on time you will have the opportunity to stay on as head of programming and development and a monthly salary and possibly a percent of business income will be negotiated between us. A contract will be written up and agreed and signed by both parties. I am looking for someone who wants to start and grow with a company on the rise, think of it as starting out with facebook. The income potential for you will be great... If you are a good programmer and want to work with a Christian company then please place your bid and explain to me why I should accept you. If you have any questions please PM me. I have written "very detailed" docs explaining it all, and will show to person who is very serious, so to show me you actually read this and agree to the terms ask for the doc.. PLEASE only serious bids, DO NOT waste my time or yours. I have the reviews to prove that I am serious, I always pay on time and give bonuses.

Hello, I'm sure that will be able to help you with your directory system. However, you've mentioned many times that you have 35 feedbacks and pay bonuses ( I have 464 ;) ), but never mentioned the heart of the system, on which everything will depend. Is it a CMS, core PHP or some framework based ? So my bid is placeholder which covers 1 day of my work fulltime. During that 1 day I can make couple standard modules. Hello, I have read your proposal and i am agree with that but there are some issues means you write i will generate the milestone after completing the work....we are also losses to much money via that platform....so that's not a good condition for us....no doubt our programmer is very talented having more than 7+ years experience.....first you will collaborate with him ...and provide us a proper knowledge to him....after that we will come on price and time .
