Hi,
I'm looking for software to integrate my asterisk server with outlook so when a call comes in on an extension I receive a screen pop up with the customers information in outlook. I found a software outcall that offers that but when I installed it it didn't work. Seems like it has a bug so I'm looking for someone who can fix that bug and make outcall work or provide me with a different integration solution.
I don't need to be able to call out from outlook, although I don't mind that feature but my main goal is screen pop for incoming calls.
