Continue building a massive complex online database - experts only apply

I am looking for one person to work on their own and will pay $50.00 AUD per hour. The developer needs high-level skills with 5+ years’ experience utilising all of the below: PHP, MYSQL(database) administration, CSS, Javascript and JQuery. You will also need skills in graphic design such a Photoshop (can create web graphics) too. The website requires updates to an existing PHP website built from the ground and developing new features for the website. The website comes with a CMS built from the ground, and a large database that can be administered via CPanel and PHPMYADMIN. The server details and where the website can be accessed, will be provided to a person that has all the above skills and experience. The person needs to live in Australia so I can phone them when needed. I have 200 hours of work, so $10,000.00 payment will be made in milestone payments as the project progresses. Please do not apply if you don't live in Australia as I will phone you before the work starts on your Australian phone number. Please also make sure you have all the above skills and experience otherwise you will struggle and won't get paid. The 200 hours (40 hours per week), can be spread across 3 months to get the project completed, or you can complete the project over 5 weeks straight if you have no other commitments at 40 hours per week. There is also a potential opportunity for another 100 hours of extra development 3-4 months later ($5,000) once the first project has finished. If the first project has been completed on time, successfully and professionally, and once testing on the first project has been completed. My current developer is also willing to email you anything you need to know to get the project underway. They now have other commitments and cannot continue developing the database.
