I would like a calculator for my Squarespace website. A sample of the data and the design is attached. The full dataset consists of nearly 11,000 lines. The calculator requests the user to enter the time and distance they have achieved for a recent running race. Then they select a distance that they would like to estimate their potential time at, and the calculator produces the estimate.

One thing I have understood that I entered the time and distance which I have achieved recently and in this way I can calculate my speed. Now, I choose a distance for which I want to estimate my potential time as per my speed. So, what is the use of the data provided in xls sheet.
