Create a Joomla Template

Hello I want someone who can help me finish up my website. it is [login to view URL] Under the buy paper tub, you realize I have uploaded a few papers. It uses a Joomla thing and a phocadownload thing. My desire is that we creare a database under this category. I have a list of papers, hundreds of thousands. I need these papers titles to appear under this category. Upon clicking the title, it redirects you to another pafe where you will see more tails of the paper and questions attached to this title. One can then click the pay-button they are redirected to paypal to make the payments. After this, a customized message is sent to them that the paper will be sent to them shortly, in their email addresses in which they made the payment. The clients hahe to have a place to write their emails when making the payments. Secondly, from the excel sheet I have, on the backend, I should be able to see the paper details as well, the original link as in the excel sheet and other details. The frontend user however can only see the title, and the paper questions and details upon clicking it, and a way to pay. finally, I nned my search button to be customized in a way to query the database for similar papers, questions that we upload Note that I have an excell sheet with the details of the paper title, questions and description. Also provide a way for me to add prices to the papers. Thnks. Feel free to seek clarification. I need an expert please.
