CubeCart plugin to compress jpg and png images

Only developers with recent CubeCart plugin development should bid !
Requirement is for a CubeCart V6 plugin (ie no core file changes should be made) with the same functionality as the WordPress plugin ([login to view URL])
A CubeCart development site will be provided running the latest V6 version
Any new images uploaded through CubeCart should be auto-compressed and it would need a flag to record against each image to say that it has already been compressed.
We would also need an option to select specific images (or all images) that havent already been compressed - this takes care of current sites with uncompressed images and people that upload via FTP.
It would need a link to sign up for a paid account (using our affiliate link which I can supply) and an option to be able to enter account details for paid accounts and it would be useful to keep a running total of all images that have been compressed this month so far (and also since it was installed) and obviously handle the error message once people reach the (currently) 500 limit for a free account.
