Custom email notifications in WordPress

What we need to create are email notifications based on specific rules or actions. Would it be possible to add the following rules with [login to view URL] ??? - If the user doesn't log in for the first time after X days from the user creation date, send him a specific email HTML. I can create rules more than once, so for example we can set up different days reminders. - Send him an email after X days of the first login. - Send him an email after X days of first login only if X quiz is approved or failed. - If the user has X role and has not approved X Gravity Quizz, send him a specific HTML.
