I have multiple galleries(nextgen based) on one page divided in tabs, problem is : it loads all on page load. Explained: [login to view URL]
I need to change it this or similar way

Possible solutions:
It could be done by making each gallery on blank template like here [login to view URL] and then included with jquery when tab of the gallery is clicked.
Currently its using nextgen shortcodes to include all galleries i.e. <?php echo do_shortcode( '[nggallery id="20" template="mouseover" show_slideshow_link="0" ajax_pagination="1"]' ); ?>
Another way would be apply lazy load for thumbs loading on all galleries, by default it would load only small amount of thumbs on each gallery the rest would be loaded with scrollbar move.
p.s. solution to open gallery in new page are bad because its single page website (parallax like)
