Customise Wordpress Users dashboard

I need a dashboard redesign on our site. It’s a study/education theme. You can login and have a view of what the current looks like [login to view URL] I would like the dashboard for users to have more features and well designed with graphs and icon (linked with the integrated ticketing plugin) The update entries would be done manually by admin, and each entry should trigger an automatic email that informs the user that his profile has been updated Following features should be integrated: Well designed Dashboard with look and feel Ability to apply for courses online with all fields and inputs with connection with Paypal payment gateway ( I will send you the infos needed, so that when given in, it generates as PDF for admin) User name, DOB, Contact details Displaying – Names of Schools applied, Numbers of application done, names of courses & schools applied Displaying – Statuses of application (with statuses colours) Displaying – List of courses applied Displaying – Payment Column, showing payment made/rest payment Displaying – Section/semester applied Allowing updates/PDF uploads for users to read or print Ability to upload PDF (admission letters/ rejection letters/ notifications) Ability for users to upload files as JPG/PDF upon admin request Ability to create a support ticket –(a ticket plugin is already integrated in the site)
