We have a vast experience in building and integrating CRM. We have our in-house developed CRM with ability to enter leads, qualify, track total sales, business accounts, opportunities, loss (with reason for loss) and full clientele details. The CRM has role based access levels and various dashboards as per the role. The manager can review, edit, delete or update the entire fields for the team and can review full stats, team can only review, edit, update or delete their own data. Individual team dashboard also tracks employee timings, number of absents and calculate number of days absent/short hours. Additional features include, invoicing, click to dial and click to email.
It will have the following (but not limited to):
- Lead management system.

- Lead status.
- Suggestions.
- Invoicing.
- Drives to save documents.
- Dashboard to compare stats, see follow-ups etc.
- Ability to set access levels.
- As a Super Admin, you will be able to add unlimited users and assign them leads right from your dashboard.
