Customize Glocal Wordpress Template

Hello. I am in need of a professional, timely and English speaking designer who can help me with this project as soon as possible. My budget isn't very high, I'm aware, but I will also have future projects I will re-hire for if I am satisfied with the work you do here for this project. I have a wordpress theme called Glocal and it needs some customizing done to it before I can actually launch my directory website. First problem that needs fixing is that when a user logs in it sometimes says can not access page, but once you re-type in the site it shows up. I think login is re-directing to wrong page. It is also showing the login button to the admin panel under regular member accounts, and admin accounts are getting a small error too when logging in. There is some text on the website I'd like changed that has to be changed from inside the files. For an example, on the front page of the website it says Our Directory, and I'd like to change that to something else, and possible move around a few things. On the vendor page, I am trying to install a vendor plugin, so that the users can sell our memberships by using a referral link to refer people to the website, and earn a commission from it if someone purchases a membership. It for some reason will not work. When a user tries to add an event, it shows up so that they can hide it from an admin. I don't know how or why, but don't want that there. I also can not access user account types or permissions for some reason. Packages.. Under submit listing we have 3 packages. I actually wanted 5, and 5 member account types that is all, not including admin. And last thing is when a user signs up, it sends them a really unprofessional looking email, that also says POWERED by wordpress.. Would like to re-design all the emails and replace wordpress with our logo.
