Data Extractor for Phone Numbers and Emails

I need a data extracting application that I can run on my computer. It needs to work with LinkedIn and Facebook for me to extract names, emails and phone numbers from a given link. Should loop through all pages. Additionally there should be filter options for each field (e.g. NOT a certain name). Should a piece of data not be found there should additionally be a Web Crawling Option to find the relevant piece of data on the web (e.g. phone number). Need this done ASAP and done well.
