Develop Wordpress site from Mockup Design

I'm looking for a competent WordPress developer who can work with me to deliver a professional looking and responsive website for a company website we have. Note this project cannot be done in 7 days as most of you with automatic bid software will assume. 30 days is an average time needed to complete. People with automatic bidder software who do not read this project description will not be prioritized for selection. The project consists of the following specifications that you must deliver: - Provide a wordpress theme suitable for the project. Cost of theme must be included with your final offer on this bid. Alternatively, I do have a premium theme called Evolve Plus and X theme which you can use and customize. - Convert sample mock up sample designs (attached) into working worpress pages - exactly as sample mock up. PSD files of all mockups will be provided. Note the use of drag and slide (edge to edge) carousel sliders designs that needed to be implemented as designed on mock up. Front page design has a custom sliders with 5-6 visible thumbnails with product thumbnails to promote around 12 featured products that can be easily updated from wordpress panel, preferably using smartslider3 plugin which will be provided. 1st Milestone Your first milestones at US$100 will be converting the front page ([login to view URL]) from the mockup -exactly as designed- if for any reason you cannot convert the design and sliders to be displayed and working as intended within the deadline then the it is agreed for the project to be immediately canceled. Please review the front mock up very carefully as 2 other developers who had carelessly said they can convert it but failed to provide proper web responsiveness on all desktop screen resolution. To clarify, the mock up was designed in 1440px, but it must be made super responsive and look the same on all devices and resolution, from the smallest screen to an ultra wide 4k gaming monitor ie: all images, text size, section dividers, and all web elements aspect ratios must fluidly resize automatically on all viewing devices. Except on mobile version as design will be simplified. - Slider revolution app will be provided [login to view URL] Please deliver multiple slider animations that must look like [login to view URL] - Use of multiple carousel sliders to display product categories on front page and also in menu to enable users to find the products they're interested in. Smart Slider 3 here at [login to view URL] will be used and provided. Please confirm if you can customize this for the front page carousel slider. Final Milestone Redesign the rest of the web pages (from 15 up to 30 pages at the most) from the old web content [login to view URL] using one of the provided PSD template from the mockups. Must use tabs, sliders and one page design to represent the products for better product pages. 2nd and final milestones will be awarded when all pages is completed and the site is live on my server. - Use of full page background image and video in a responsive desktop design. - Will have rotating photo galleries and video galleries (presented as thumbnails in slider) - Deliver a professionally presented responsive WordPress site that must have consistent look for desktop and mobile devices. - Optimize script and images for a fast loading pages.
