Drupal 8 & Commerce Expert needed to fix 'Add to Cart' display error

We have a new Drupal 8 Commerce site and are having a problem configuring 'Add to Cart'.
The site has a Javascript error that needs to be eliminated, and it likely the problem with the 'Add to Cart' functionality.
