Edit Existing Web Form Code on Wordpress Site

I have a web-form set up on my Wordpress website which collects name and email address but I've changed CRMs. I am now using Aweber.
I need you to keep the styling of the current web form but remove any references to the previous CRM and to insert the new web form code from Aweber.
This needs to be done on two pages of the site and I’ll give you the web form code needed for each of those.
I then need to ask you to remove the side-bar from one specific page of the site.
Please include the word, "orange" with your bid so I know you have read these instructions.
Preference will be given to someone available to do this now and who can get it done fast.
