ERP build and implementation Odoo or similar

Greetings, As per my understanding, ERP based web application is to be developed like Odoo and it will be integrated with magento or opencart. The main features of the ERP will be product catalog, dispatching, order feed, returns, refund, purchasing, EPOS system, stock management, manual orders, quotes, search, categories and admin panel. We are already working on a BIG ERP system, as these kind of projects are really big. Questions: - Accounting/ Financial system will not be part of the ERP? - On which basis the the valuation of stock will be done? - How many types of users will be there? - EPOS will be used to sell the products and there will be no production and manufacturing module? - The dispatch will be for the products to be sold?
