Existing Wordpress Website Improvement and Enhancement

I had made a deal in freelancer for developing an intranet site, selected one freelancer company and after around 2 months, they did a WordPress website with Woffice theme and with many plugins, but the site is missing some features and has errors. I need someone to improve the website in a professional way and add the missing features. Following are the points that need to be done for the website improvement and enhancement, 1. I need you to go through all the pages to see for any issues or errors and resolve it. Once you are done I will then test the site myself. 2. Single sign-on should be enabled for the automatic login of LDAP users. 3. SSL is also missing. You should use a free SSL for the website. HTTPS should also be enabled. 4. Social feeds, image gallery, video gallery are all empty that was used by the previous freelancer. Please show some test data to see if it is working properly. Also, the banner image is not showing. We need to see some image in it as well. 5. You need to secure the wp-admin & wp-login as it shouldn't be easily/directly accessible. 6. Do the following points for security purpose, a. Install Backup Plugin to automatically backup and send to dropbox/google drive. b. Install Plugin to Limit Login attempts. c. Change admin Username to some other name. d. Avoid easy passwords. e. Limit the IP addresses that are allowed to visit /wp-admin/ section of the website. 7. Also, the health check is giving warnings and errors in site status. I don't want any warning or errors to be there on the website. Followings are the errors, a. A plugin has prevented updates by disabling wp_version_check() b. The loopback request to your site failed, this may prevent WP_Cron from working, along with theme and plugin editors. Error encountered: (0) cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10015 milliseconds with 0 bytes received 8. The logo in the wp-login page should be changeable and the layout/template as well. 9. Looking at the errors in console, the previous freelancers are using plugins that are conflicting with each other. They are trying to use a lot of functionality at the same time. Please look into this matter also and resolve it. 10. You should provide us with the documentation for all the changes that you make on the website.
