few minor enhancements to my website

Hi There, I have built this site myself, I’m very happy with it but I do need some expert help with a few things please Please read the below carefully before you want to take this project [login to view URL] important you understand exactly what I want 1) I need it to be fully responsive (it looks good on desktop but when I star resizing it looks a bit strange) 2) Someone has helped my build a PHP file so my contact form works, can you please check it and maybe link the index file with the PHP file 3) I need a message displayed after someone submits a query ,it should say – “Thank you for contacting us, we will be in touch shortly!” 4) There is a small circular image in the contact form, the problem is its cut a bit, I will provide the image, can you remove the white border please and place the image there so it looks clean across the background. Also I will only release payment after I’m happy with the work and also will give a good review after the work has been completed, NOT before.
