I am finding WordPress Expert who can customize Plugin and mastered OpenStreetMap

I need to meet WordPress Expert who knows OpenStreetMap Plugin well. If you check out [login to view URL] you'll see a WordPress theme with a mapping element that integrates OpenStreetMap. I'm interested in contracting someone for services to customize this map. Specifically, can you create a custom map that feeds into this where we can 1) customize map colors 2) draw our own color-coded borders of areas and possible semi-transparent color overlay fills in the map? Please let me know your experience with OpenStreetMap, if you can complete the two tasks described above and time/cost for those, plus on-call services moving forwards as needs arise. My estimated hours : 10~15 hours I will not consider the proposal that didn't read my job detail. Please start word "I have read your proposal and have knowledge about OpenStreetMap" Establish a custom map and integrate into that WP theme out of the box, map have custom colors to be determined, and boundaries drawn for different sections on the map. Attached is map showing four districts we have defined so far, so some way of showing these in our custom map and also have all of the plotted records through the WP theme system.
