Hi, I have more tha 10 years of experience in the filed of web infraestructure and Plesk. You should review your MX-DNS configuration for the domains and you should check de Firewall. Best regards.

Is there any bounce back to the sender, if yes then what is it. did you had checked the mail logs on your plesk server, here you will get the clue for non receiving mails.
