Get a Website Built

I need a new website. I already have a design, I just need you to build my online store. The website should have a shop cart similar to [login to view URL] but must be written in html5 and css3 and be fully responsible and SEO friendly. The system should be made on popular CMS, better wordpress. 1. The customer should be able to upload pics to customise products, 2. the system should check the pics on resolution, dimension, and color scheme (CMYK, not RGB) and file type (png, jpg) according to the specification of each product; 3. the system should show the customer his uploaded pic and the crop pattern; 4. the system should show the customer how the pics will be cropped for each product; 5. the system should show the customer how the customized product will look like after the image will be proceed. 6. The customer should be able to input additional information. 7. the customer should be able to input the delivery address 8. The customer should make a payment in Stripe, PayPal and/or bank wire(invoice) (other payment systems will be good to include, but not needed now) 9. the customer should be able to use and apply discount/promotion codes; 10. the system should include the ability to save old customisation of product and restore it when needed. 11. the system should have possibility for customer to delay a payment till the agreeing with the manager 12. The manager of the website should have possibility to check the orders, upload new products, change specification for new and old products, including the pattern for cropping images, and etc. 13. the manager should be able to control the store settings (VAT included or excluded in price, amount of VAT, product amount on the store, and etc). 14. the manager should be able to control promotions and or discount codes. 15. the system should send invoices to the customer. [login to view URL] crop pattern should be set by manager for each product directly and it will not be just a a square, it should be any form. 17. the system should prepare and send to manager's e-mail the information about the order including original image, cropped image and original image with crop pattern on it. 18. the same information should be stored in the system db. 19. the system should allow all customers without registration to customize the product. 20. when the order will be made the customer will get the order number and will be able to check the order delivery and status with or without opening an account on website or registration. 21. the customer should have possibility to register or open account to see previous made orders, pending order, delivered orders or old/ new customizations. 22. the 3d view of the product is not needed!!! but if it will be done- good. additions to the project are possible. the work should be done in time the Freelancer will say. The payment will be done only after the system will be fully finished and agreed by the client.
